You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service offered by brri4d. This minimum age applies to all Users regardless of their country of residence. By creating an Account you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. brri4d may request documentary proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted, and any Account opened in breach of this clause may be closed without notice and any balance held pending review.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the brri4d platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses. If you believe a duplicate Account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.
You must be of sound mental capacity and acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party — when using the Services. Wagering as an agent or proxy for another person is not permitted.
To register an Account with brri4d you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including: your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, your date of birth, and a chosen password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. brri4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat or email support.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
brri4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, chargebacks, provision of false information, or regulatory requirements. In such cases brri4d may withhold funds pending investigation.
brri4d is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to enabling withdrawals and may require verification before permitting deposits above certain thresholds. Verification is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

Standard KYC review takes between 1 and 24 hours during business hours. Complex cases may take longer. brri4d will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address. Documents that are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with your Account information will be rejected, and you will be given the opportunity to resubmit.
If brri4d is unable to verify your identity to its satisfaction, it reserves the right to restrict your Account, including restricting withdrawals, until verification is complete. Persistent failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account closure.
brri4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your brri4d Account within minutes during normal banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or via e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt for manual verification.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1 to 24 hours for standard-tier Members. VIP-tier Members may benefit from expedited processing. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified brri4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. brri4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
brri4d reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, brri4d will notify you where legally permitted to do so and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
By depositing funds into your Account, you warrant that the funds are legitimately owned by you, are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by brri4d are subject to these general Terms and any additional conditions stated in the specific promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit — will expire and be removed from your Account without replacement. Wagering requirements must also be met within this validity window.
brri4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, making low-risk or balanced bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk (arbitrage betting / bonus hunting), and use of automated software or bots. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
brri4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including during active campaigns. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to active wagering will not be affected.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software fault, brri4d reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the Players' Accounts. No payout will be made based on erroneous results caused by a technical fault. brri4d accepts no liability for losses or unavailability caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and are displayed within each game or market. In sports betting, the maximum payout per bet slip is stated at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at that maximum, regardless of the theoretical return of the bet.
If you wish to dispute a game result or bet settlement, you must contact our support team within 72 hours of the event being settled, quoting your Account username and bet or game reference number. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated unless exceptional circumstances apply.

In all circumstances, brri4d's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
brri4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit brri4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
